Please note that each paper must be covered by a full registration (IEEE/SEE Member or Non Member) before June 25th. It is not possible to register a paper under a student registration.
Up to two papers can be registered under a single full registration (IEEE/SEE Member or Non Member). You can submit your paper by using your registration number which you will get after you fulfill the registration process.
Only registration accompanied by the full payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at : iswcs 2012.asso.fr

CANCELLATION POLICY :
Registrations cancelled by letter or fax will be honoured if received by August 15th 2012. After this date, all registrations will be considered final and the corresponding fees owing in full. The organizer cannot take responsibility for cancellations made after this date, and reimbursement will not be possible.
