MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION FOR REVIEW

Au­thors will­ing to pre­sent their work at ISWCS 2012 must sub­mit their man­u­script elec­tron­i­cally through the EDAS web­site fol­low­ing the guide­lines given below.

PAPER REQUIREMENTS

Sub­mit­ted pa­pers must pre­sent pre­vi­ously un­pub­lished re­search. The man­u­script should be of suf­fi­cient de­tail to per­mit rea­son­able eval­u­a­tion by ex­perts in the field.

Ac­cepted pa­pers will ap­pear in the con­fer­ence pro­ceed­ings pub­lished by the IEEE and will be in­cluded in IEEE Xplore dig­i­tal li­brary. All sub­mis­sions must be writ­ten in English. Ini­tial as well as final pa­pers will be lim­ited to a length of 5 pages in stan­dard IEEE two-col­umn con­fer­ence for­mat.
The work should con­tain a con­cise pre­sen­ta­tion of the main con­tri­bu­tion, its rel­e­vance, and its re­la­tion to prior work. All sub­mit­ted pa­pers will be peer-re­viewed for their qual­ity, cor­rect­ness, orig­i­nal­ity, and rel­e­vance.

The man­u­script sub­mis­sion dead­line is April 23th, 2012, at mid­night EDT (New York, USA), with no­ti­fi­ca­tion of ac­cep­tance by May 28, 2012. Pa­pers must be for­mat­ted ac­cord­ing to the IEEE con­fer­ence spec­i­fi­ca­tions in A4 for­mat. Sub­mis­sions must be in PDF for­mat with all fonts em­bed­ded.

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. An author of an accepted paper is required to register at full rate for the conference prior to June 25, 2012, the deadline for the camera-ready paper submission.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration can cover up to two papers. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings. Additionally, any paper included in the conference program, but not being presented at the conference according to the published schedule will not appear in the official proceedings in IEEE Xplore.

Im­por­tant note: Pa­pers are re­viewed on the basis that they do not con­tain pla­gia­rized ma­te­r­ial and have not been sub­mit­ted to other con­fer­ences at the same time. See:

ELECTRONIC PAPER SUBMISSION

Man­u­scripts must be sub­mit­ted on­line through the EDAS web­page. For the sub­mis­sion process, au­thors must have at hand the fol­low­ing in­for­ma­tion:

  • Manuscript as a PDF file
  • Affiliation, email address, and mailing address of every author
  • Paper title
  • Text file containing the paper abstract in ASCII format, for copying it into the web form
